The Stitch Club Class is designed to help more people learn new stitches to expand their beading experience and creating a good foundation to build on.
Each month there will be a new stitch highlighted, this month will be Tubular Peyote.
Tubular Peyote is stitched in a circle, adding one bead at a time, to create a tube, this is very different from the Peyote tubes class.
If you missed a stitch you can take it during one of Lori’s Back by Popular Demand Class.
When using different size beads with this stitch it is sometimes referred to as the Cellini Stitch.
Like most stitches, once you get the hang of it, you will really enjoy it.
You will go home with written instructions to refer to after you have left the class, because you will not finish in class but you’ll know everything you need to know to finish.
This is a basic stitch and a must for all beading levels.
PREREQUISITES: Needle & Thread Experience
TOOLS: Bead Mat, Fireline, Size 12 Needle, Pencil, Beeswax thread condition, Scissors
